I'm turning into a chef. A Master Chef!

This has to be my most original dish ever! Let's call it 'Anu's Mashroom-Veggi Special', somebody please come up with a better name. Here is the recipe for you to try. Yes, whenever I am not traveling, I'm cooking!

Recipe:

Time: 5minutes. 10 if you are really lousy at chopping

Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 250g diced in chunky pieces
Spring Onions - 6-7 (with leaves) sliced
English Carrot - 2 diced in small pieces
French beans - 6 diced
Garlic pods - 10 chopped fine
Green chilly - 1 chopped fine
Olive Oil - 1tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Fish sauce or salt - 1tbsp/acc to taste

Garnishing:
Sesame seeds(white) - 1tbsp

Method:
1. heat oil in a wok or large frying pan
2. fry garlic and green chillies for 30 seconds.
3. add beans and carrot and fry for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
4. add spring onions and fry for another minute.
5. add mushrooms and fry for 30 seconds.
6. add soy sauce, salt or fish sauce, pepper and lime juice, stir for a minute and it's done.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Even a little overdoing will spoil it! Make sure the veggies remain crunchy, and eat right away! Mushrooms leave water and spoil once cold. So essentially not a take-away dish! And let me know how it turns out for you :) tada!
